Paul Holmes Extra Virgin Olive Oils are high quality, up with the best of the best and the freshest. Paul Holmes Extra Virgin Olive Oils have won gold and silver medals in New Zealand competitions. The two varieties I produce are very different. Leccino is rich and golden, with a rounded taste. Frantoio is green, crisp and peppery.
