RE:Beef Schnitzel - Help!
zsuzsanna22 - Yep marinates really well, (soy, honey etc) and you need to fast cook it, like a BBQ or gill plate, then great in Asian inspired salads, fish sauce, chilli, lime juice and poads of herbs!

Beef Schnitzel - Help!
I recently received a whole lot of beef schnitzel. Unfortunately, although I am an avid cook, I don't know how to cook this cut of meat. Except for crumbed and fried, which is not my preference. Is this cut is a decent substitute in beef salads or stir frys? Will it take to a light marinade? What about grilling? Thanks!
