Pecans
Hi All
I have a pecan tree which produce a few (only a few unfortunately) nuts but I can't seem to find anywhere that will tell me the correct time to harvest them and the correct storage thereafter. Have tried picking when on the tree - very bitter, have left them until on the ground - still not good. They always taste good from the shops! Can anyone help? Thanks
