Nosh or Farro Fresh for Parma Ham as well as Serrano.
Rangitikei Game birds for Chicken (not sure if that is spelt right)
The others I have never seen in any NZ shop!

Sourcing products
I have recently moved to Thames from the UK and would be pleased to receive information on where I can source the following food items. I've tracked down some items on the net and in delis in Auckland but am still looking for suppliers.
Chickens - I have found the mass produced ones to be flavourless and even the corn fed chickens are not as good as those in the UK and Australia
Parma Ham
Scandinavian food items - including Damish remoulade, curried herrings, salted liquorice etc.
