I can highly recommend "Pork and Sons" by Jay Reynaud from a traditional french family of pig farmers and butchers, wonderful recipes and a book that should live in your cookbook library.

We got given a couple of wild pig and have butchered the loins into chops. Was wondering if anyone had some good recipes/tips?
