Organic free range beef and lamb
If you haven't tried the wonderful beef and lamb from Te Kainga farm get down to a farmers market at Britomart, Alexandra Park, or La Cigale and sample some of Jamie Lyons wonderful products. Its grown 100% on Te Kainga Farm in the Mangatawhiri Valley in Franklin and is free range and organically farmed. The beef is aged for 2 weeks before it goes to market and is superb and the lamb is sweet and tender. We had a butterflied lamb leg on the barbecue this weekend and it didn't disappoint, neither did the sirloin steaks!
