At last! A new kiwi made sauce made for kiwi's! Glasseye Creek Wild Meat Sauce!
Tried it, tasted it and love it! A great tasting, smoky, yet sweet, but with a hint of bite and attitude that goes with most meats, bbq's, fish n chips, burgers and also perfect to add into curries, casseroles or gravies. Seems to be popping up in most butchers in Chrsitchurch, so looks like Glasseye Creek Sauce is quickly becoming a fave with kiwis. Well worth a try. All who have tried my sauce have now got their own, so look out for it and add a bit more personality to your BBQ's and cooking, rather than the same ol Heinz, Watties etc etc. Good on you guys in the West Coast for putting a bit of personality into your sauce. Well done!
