I'm sure you'd be pretty pressed (excuse the pun) to find NZ made truffle oil.
The fresh truffles here demand quite a high price and are snapped up by chefs.
Its not very viable to import fresh truffles due to the NZFSA regulations.
I would say that any NZ made truffle oil would be made from pastuerised truffles or truffle essence.
There are Italian and Australian Truffle oils available from Nosh Stores which i have found to be of good quality.

Try the "Village Press" they would know and also check if it's genuinely flavoured by truffle as well.
