plume, the vineyard restaurant in matakana
Well they are saying this is the new place to go in Matakana and we can see why.
From the warmth of the interior and service through to the last mouthful of dessert this restaurant did not disappoint.
We would totally recommend the Rillette of Pork and Duck and the Three Cheese Souffle and the Runner Duck Estate's Syrah was a wee surprise. The Churros, followed by great coffee made for a perfect end.
We will be back for sure as this really was the perfect place to have a bite after our visit to the Matakana Farmers Market. Brilliant!
