LEARN ABOUT THE ART OF OLIVE OIL APPRECIATION
Rachael was brought up on a farm in Southern Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. Her family were pioneers in the area, establishing sustainable farms producing top quality lamb and beef. Rachael is passionate about good quality New Zealand products and is Director of NZ Premium Foods, producer of Paul Holmes Extra Virgin Olive Oils. She is a passionate cook and a serious foodie who uses only the finest ingredients in her work. Rachael will provide an insight into Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the taste, the flavour, evaluating olive oil, varieties, medicinal uses, and some handy cooking tips.
