BOTTLING YOUR SURPLUS FRUIT & VEGES: SPRING HARVEST - 7th November - Taranaki Bottling your surplus Fruit & Veges with Laura Malowaniec
Date: Saturday 7th November

BOTTLING FOR THE SPRING HARVEST

Laura Malowaniec is passionate about bottling and in our Spring course she will show us how to make Strawberry Jam, Pickled Asparagus and Red Wine Mint Jelly. Laura will also talk about hygiene, safety, bottle & lid types, equipment required and heaps of tips to make your bottling experiences more successful and enjoyable. This is the first of 4 seasonal courses on offer – a great opportunity to learn those important preserving techniques and be prepared for the spring surplus.
