Sunday Lunch at Mexican Specialities, 13 June
Let us share the secret of this convivial Mexican restaurant with you! Tucked away on a side street in Ellerslie hides this small restaurant run by Jose Carlos de la Macorra and Maria Batiz. It has become very popular with “those in the know”, but it is only open during the day from Thursday to Saturday.
We have persuaded Jose and Maria to open just for Finding Flavour for an exclusive lunch on Sunday, 13 June. Jose will cook us a variety of authentic Mexican dishes (including one dish with a mole sauce) while we enjoy the warm hospitality provided by Maria.
