French cheese and wine evening in Wanaka
Taste Central is a new venture offering culinary experiences in Wanaka, Central Otago. A range of events will be offered including tutored tastings through to hands-on cooking demonstrations with different presenters from around the country. The events will be held at various venues around Wanaka.
Taste Central's first event is to be an evening of French Wine and Cheese presented by Jean Christophe Poizat of Maison Vauron and La Fromagerie. This mini 'tour de France' will offer an insight into the regional delights of France's artisan cheeses and wines. Known for his fun, enthusiastic and informative style, Jean Christophe will give attendees a great night of fine cheese and wine with characteristic 'bonhomie'!
