On Saturday the 10th of July Pine Harbour Fresh Market is celebrating La Fete Nationale with a fabulously French market.
Throw on your Dior, spray on your Chanel, grab your Vuitton and totter down to the marina in your Loubitons for a morning of franco-gastronomic delights!
Practice and prepare to parle vous Francaise with the genuine French vendors.
Sample & saviour traditional artisan breads and pastries warm from the oven, Guillaume's pretty pastel macarons, Quitterie's fromage & saussison, wines & aparitifs, charcutterie, gourmet & heirloom vegetables, fresh & smoked fish, award winning ingredients, country bouquets and much more.
Or sit waterside, enjoy the veiw over an espresso and one of Veronique & Guys georgeous crepes or galettes as vintage French jazz drifts overhead.

Pine Harbour Fresh Market
If you live in Auckland or are visiting, have you had a chance to check this market out at Pine Harbour, Beachlands. It's located beside the marina and has a delightful range of gourmet foods, to eat there or take home and enjoy with your meals. Granted it probably attracts far more people in summer, but even in winter it's in quite a sheltered little spot. Last week when Auckland was shrouded in fog until midday, they enjoyed clear blue skies and sunshine. It seems to have its own micro climate. All the stores are provided by Pine Harbour - gorgeous little stalls with their black & white striped canopies and run by a fabulous lady - Fiona Hugues. There is such a broad range of products to choose from - it's well worth the visit out of the urban sprawl of Auckland to this lovely coastal location.
Every Saturday between 8am-12noon.
