Cheese Making Courses with Katherine Mowbray - TARANAKI 19-21st FEBRUARY Katherine Mowbray has been making cheese for 20 years and enjoys sharing her knowledge and love of cheese making through her popular courses around NZ. Katherine provides an enjoyable and motivating demonstration and sets out the basic principles behind cheese-making. Katherine's courses are great for the beginner and those who have dabbled in the art - it's a good opportunity to see what equipment and ingredients you need, where to source it from and just how satisfying it is to make your own cheese.
