Baileys Hot Chocolate


Ingredients

50ml of Baileys Irish Cream
300ml of milk
25g of dark chocolate
Lightly whipped cream and chocolate curls to garnish

Method

Step 1: Boil 300ml of milk.
Step 2: Pour half the milk into a jug with 25g of dark chocolate.
Step 3: Leave to soften and whisk until smooth.
Step 4: Add 50ml of Baileys and the rest of the milk.
Step 5: Whisk again.
Step 6: Pour in to two heatproof glasses.
Step 7: Top with whipped cream and chocolate curls
